Description: Mid 19th century 8 day fusee wall clock by Dent, 4, Royal Exchange, & 61, Strand, London, and numbered 48378.
2 piece mahogany case with back box secured to bezel by 4 pegs. Back box has locking bottom door and pendulum side access door.
The 12" original white painted dial and blued steel hands are protected by a glazed, locking cast brass bezel.
The rectangular plated chain fusee anchor escapement movement is separated by 4 pillars.
